Muito obrigado pelo comentário! Que bela ideia fazer um jantar temático nepalês — e fico muito contente que tenha gostado do prato de cordeiro.

Para acompanhar, sugiro:
– Um achar picante (pickle nepalês), como de tomate, rabanete ou limão
– Verduras salteadas, por exemplo espinafres com alho
– Um pouco de iogurte natural, para equilibrar os sabores
– E se quiser, chapati ou roti, para complementar a textura

Na apresentação, pode servir tudo num prato grande (estilo thali) com arroz ao centro e os acompanhamentos à volta — ou usar pequenas tigelas individuais em volta de um prato principal. Fica lindo de qualquer forma!

Boa sorte com o jantar — e um excelente 2025 para si!

Oh, I just placed the mixture in the fridge for two hours. I followed your recipe but I had more chopped lamb...so I added spices. Looking forward serving this tonight to my sons family coming over for dinner tonight.]]></description>
